I think all the ingredients were right for the perfect storm.
For once I planted something in the right location.
We have had a long, cool spring with plenty of moisture.
And my columbine has gone crazy wild.
They have been so vibrant and long-lived.
It makes me want to be greedy and get more.
I think we have three colors....
plus the standard old faithful columbine.
Even that one is putting on a good show.
Those are beautiful flowers and colors. I've had them before, but they didn't come back.
